people suffering from sleep paralysis, a phenomenon where people find themselves temporarily unable to move, speak, or react to anything while they are falling asleep or awakening. Some symptoms of sleep paralysis are quite disturbing, such as seeing shadow men or dark figures, feel a presence from behind, hearing voices like crying, screams like coming from hell. Through the third eye learning, I was able to witness what truly behind all of those shadow men that I saw from sleep paralysis that have been haunting me forever.
